JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager

 

REPORTING TO: Group Sales Director

 

NO OF POSITIONS: 1

 

ABOUT COMPANY:  Global Safety Services Group, Inc. GSS Training

 

LOCATION: Doha, Qatar

 

MOBILIZATION: Immediate

 

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

 

    • A minimum of 05 years of experience working as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
    • Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry will be an added advantage
    • Strong Market Knowledge
    • Experience in building small businesses in the Doha market
    • Good experience with Credit Control

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:      

 

    • Bachelor's degree in the relevant  subject or  an MBA 
    • Must speak and write English to IELTS Level 6.0

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for building the business within the region and signing new client contracts. Be readily available to cover more ground with local businesses. Sign up new Clients and increase market share for the training Centre in Doha. Building good relationships with the existing Clients and the new Clients.

 

     Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge,  current expertise and existing contacts
  •  Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
  •  Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to facilitate repeat business.
  •  Persuade clients to sign terms of business/ contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis.
  •  Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements

 

NOTE: Must have a Qatar Driving License

 

WORKING HOURS: As per Qatar Law

WORKING DAYS: 05 Days in a Week

ANNUAL LEAVE: As per Qatar Law

FINANCIAL PACKAGE: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
