JOB TITLE: CompEx Instructor

SALARY PACKAGE: QAR 14,000 – 17,000.

 

LOCATION: Doha-Qatar

 

MOBILIZATION: Immediately

 

WORKING HOURS: 09 AM to 06 PM

 

WORKING DAYS: 05 Days

 

ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 Working Days

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Min. 08 years of experience in the Training field organizing Training for Corporates.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

  • CompEx Ex01 – Ex04 Assessor Qualification - Approved by CompEx.
  • First Aid Qualification (MER Level 1)

 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

     The role of the CompEx Instructor is to deliver an array of high-quality instruction and assessments that conform to the CompEx Scheme

 

   

MAIN ROLE:

 

  • Deliver training courses in accordance with the pre-determined syllabus for the course
    allocated, taking account of the requirements of all applicable legislation and the
    company’s HSEQ management system.

 

  • Supervision of delegates throughout theoretical and practical training sessions ensuring
    all exercises are conducted in a competent, safe and professional manner.

 

  • Liaise with fellow instructors/assessors to provide/ensure consistent delivery, ongoing
    support, learning and mentoring and engendering a strong team spirit and work ethic at
    all times.

 

  • Undertake a continuous review of revisions of legislation, ensuring that any amendments
    are brought to the attention of the Senior Management Team for incorporation within
    appropriate course syllabus material.

 

  • To assist with bookings, social media promotion and marketing of training.

 

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with clients.

 

  • Responsible for providing a professional service and attitude towards clients.

 

  • Ability to mentor additional Instructors.

 

  • Other related duties, as required.
