Role Overview

The Training Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients This role requires a results driven professional who can develop a deep understanding of customer needs deliver tailored solutions and ensure long term satisfaction and retention. The Training Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for high value clients working cross functionally with internal teams to drive revenue growth and maximize customer success

This is a high-ownership role ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-oriented environment where effort and outcomes directly influence rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 100% warm leads shared by the marketing team — no cold calling required
• The Training coordinator will take ownership of assigned key accounts and ensure strong long term relationships are maintained
• You will be responsible for identifying client needs providing tailored solutions and driving account growth through regular communication and strategic planning
• You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service monitor account performance and resolve any issues that arise
• You will also be expected to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities prepare sales reports and ensure that all client expectations are met or exceeded

The role of the INSTRUCTOR  is deliver and array of training programs related to their area of subject matter expertise and to assessor student learning in order to determine competence

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Teaches courses according to the GSS course packages and in accordance with defined course standards and outcomes.
• Creates a learning environment that encourages student involvement and participation.
• Documents students’ attendance, participation, and academic progress by assessing performance both theoretically and practically.
• Provides feedback both verbally and by issuing reports to students within expected time frames.
• Updates administration systems with results and issues certificates.
• Performs maintenance, inspection and testing of equipment and facilities when required to do so.
• Provides subject matter input to the product development team.

• Provide MER Level 1 response in the event of an emergencyTraining: Instructing individuals on the safe use of lifting equipment and accessories. 

• Inspection: Conducting thorough examinations and inspections of lifting equipment to ensure it is in safe working order. 
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of inspections and examinations. 
• Risk Assessment: Evaluating and mitigating risks associated with lifting operations. 
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and regulations. 
• Communication: Clearly explaining safety procedures and providing guidance to other personnel. 

• EXPERIENCE:

  Min 5 year’s experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Recognised teaching qualification deally a leea foundation & a leea lifting accessories diploma
• Recognised assessor qualification
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent
• First Aid Qualification (MER Level 1)
