Position: Sales Executive

Location: Kalamassery, Ernakulam, India

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: Base Salary + Compliance Bonus + Commission + Full benefits

Base salary 3.6 Lakh Pa

Compliance Bonus 1.2 Lakh Pa

Uncapped Commission at 2%

 - On Target Earnings (OTE) 12 Lakh PA

Nationality: Must have the ability and permissions to work in India

The Role

  • Manage telephone enquiries from individuals regarding training courses
  • Provide information on course content, schedules, pricing, and certification to prospective delegates.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate training solutions.
  • Process payments, registrations, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads, handle complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the training delivery team to confirm availability
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by gathering feedback and supporting promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Essential:

  • A good command on English, written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably over the telephone.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple enquiries daily.
  • For candidates with a sales background but no industry experience, full training will be provided.

Desirable:

  • Multilingual skills, such as English, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam, to handle diverse clients.
  • Experience in education sales.
  • Familiarity with COMPEX, IECEX, ECITB, CISRS, LEEA, GWO, OPITO GWO, IRATA training programs.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
