MOBILIZATION: Immediate

 

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: 

 

    • A minimum of 05 years experience in a Managerial Role, preferably in Operations.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in recruitment, preferably in the  Oil & Gas industry.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

    • Bachelor's Degree

 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

    • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the recruitment agency.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Optimize the use of Recruitment Software and CRM systems for better tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance business performance.
  • Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures to  improve profitability
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Train and mentor recruitment staff to ensure alignment with company objectives.

 

WORKING HOURS: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday

ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 Days

FINANCIAL PACKAGE: Salary INR 60,000 - 80,000 (All-inclusive)
