ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- A minimum of 05 years experience in a Managerial Role, preferably in Operations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in recruitment, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the recruitment agency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
- Optimize the use of Recruitment Software and CRM systems for better tracking and reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance business performance.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures to improve profitability
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Train and mentor recruitment staff to ensure alignment with company objectives.
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday
ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 Days
FINANCIAL PACKAGE: Salary INR 60,000 - 80,000 (All-inclusive)
