JOB TITLE: Instructional Designer/Content & voiceover Specialist (Intern)
REPORTING TO: Head of E-Learning

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

- A minimum of 01 year as an Instructional Designer/Content & Voiceover specialist. Freshers with the required qualifications and knowledge can also apply.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Discipline such as Mechanical Engineering/Petroleum Engineering, preferably with Technical Communication as a Subject in one or more semesters.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
-
- Technical Writing
- Understanding Health & Safety is an added advantage in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Illustrator, Animate, After Effects and Photoshop.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of the Instructional Designer is to create engaging learning experiences by preparing instructional e-learning content.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Work with the E-Learning Head to design, develop, and update Instructional content for E-Learning courses.
- Conduct thorough research and source appropriate content for approval.
- Convert raw content into well-structured, organized material and generate voiceovers as required.
- Work with the E-Learning Head in liaising with Subject Matter Experts to include relevant content for specific topics.
- Create engaging and effective learning content that includes elements such as videos, graphics, interactions and assessments.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Instructional Design and Education Technology.
- Use AI tools where required to work efficiently.
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday
ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 Days
FINANCIAL PACKAGE: Salary 15,000 per month
