SALARY PACKAGE: AED 10,000 - AED 15,000
WORKING HOURS: 08 Hours a Day.
WORKING DAYS: 06 Days in a Week
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- 10 -15 years of experience preferably in the Oil & Gas, EPC.
- Minimum 05 years of GCC experience preferably in the Oil & Gas, EPC.
- Must have extensive experience working with Primavera P6.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/O & G/ EPC/Pipping.
- Primavera.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To establish realistic schedules for the projects and to ensure implementation of the most appropriate and effective progress measurement and reporting systems by the Consultants & Contractors to enable effective monitoring of the progress, which is essential for ensuring timely project completion.
- To ensure all project control requirements are adequately incorporated into the Tenders/Agreements for various projects (Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, PMC, etc.).
- Review part of the Technical Bids pertaining to Project Controls and Prepare a relevant portion of the Technical Evaluation Report as well as finalize the relevant portion of the Agreement documents after award.
- To make a detailed review and analysis of all submittals from Pre-FEED, FEED, FEED, EPC and PMC Contractors/Consultants during the implementation stage relating to Planning, Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Reporting, Schedule Risk Analysis, Productivity, etc taking into consideration the Agreement requirements, Project priorities.
- To verify and endorse monthly physical progress claimed by the Consultants/Contractors for payment purposes.
- To evaluate & analyse the reported progress and schedule status, identify the Areas of concern impacting the project completion schedule and advise the Head of Project Controls on the proposed corrective actions.
- To review resource deployment by Contractors/Consultants to determine their adequacy for meeting the completion schedules based on the productivity rates and recommend enhancements where required.
- To evaluate Variation requests/Claims for extension of project schedules made by Contractors and prepare appropriate recommendations to Management for approval.
- To review periodically the Schedule Risk Analysis along with the mitigation measures identified by the Consultants/Contractors and to ensure timely implementation of all agreed migration measures.
- Coordinate with the Project Group/PMC/EPC Contractors as required to ensure adherence to the project control procedures and other requirements throughout the project duration to achieve successful project implementation.
- As and when required, should be able to prepare resource-loaded schedules using P6.
- To Participate in the development of a Balanced Score Card for the division and to report achievements regularly to the Corporation Reporting Group, if needed.
- Reports to the Head of Projects Control.
