The Training Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important clients This role requires a results driven professional who can develop a deep understanding of customer needs deliver tailored solutions and ensure long term satisfaction and retention. The Training Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for high value clients working cross functionally with internal teams to drive revenue growth and maximize customer success

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with 100% warm leads shared by the marketing team — no cold calling required
  • The Training coordinator will take ownership of assigned key accounts and ensure strong long term relationships are maintained
  • You will be responsible for identifying client needs providing tailored solutions and driving account growth through regular communication and strategic planning
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service monitor account performance and resolve any issues that arise
  • You will also be expected to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities prepare sales reports and ensure that all client expectations are met or exceeded
  • This role requires consistent follow up a deep understanding of the sales process and a proactive approach to client success
