ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar, a master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in English & Hindi languages.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Proven working experience in managing a marketing team, particularly within the industry.
- Experience in optimizing and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, landing pages and user funnels.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Group Marketing Manager will be directly reporting to the Sales Director and working alongside with the GSST Sales Manager and JPE General Manager in building and maintaining the brand values of both companies. They develop marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing department staff. They also manage marketing budgets and analyse trends.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Work alongside our UK-based advertising company on paid campaigns to drum up leads and sales enquiries.
- Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs build and maintain our social media presence.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday.
WORKING HOURS: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 Working days.
SALARY PACKAGE: 9 - 11 lakhs per annum.
