ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in a Sales role.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Any Bachelors degree.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role of the Sales Executive is to act as the key point of contact between GSSG and its clients which includes answering the telephone and email queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work also includes calling customers, booking students on events, organising sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new businesses, planning and proposing new products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Finalise sales by booking students on events and confirming attendance.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommends profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares weekly reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information from CRM.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Provides input for monthly newsletters.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Process Selling.
- Must be verbally fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
- Touch typing speed of 40 words per minute.
WORKING HOURS: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday
ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 Days
SALARY PACKAGE:
- On-Target earnings with a base salary & monthly incentives scheme.
- 2.4 LPA to 4.2 LPA depending on experience in Sales.
- Depending on performance, the candidate can earn commissions up to 2.5 times the salary.
