JOB TITLE: Instructional Designer / eLearning Specialist

REPORTING TO: Managing Director

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Must have a minimum of 02 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or eLearning Specialist. Must speak and write English to IELTS level 6.0, Malayalam and also speak Hindi.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: BS or MA degree in Instructional design, Educational Technology or Similar

JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content and generating ideas for eLearning courses catering to budding entrepreneurs, start-up employees and other learners.

MAIN ROLE:

• Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
• Edits and develops online learning materials.
• Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
• Develops instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
• Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
• Manages online learning communities.
• analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content. Trains instructors, students, and employees on how to use learning technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of online learning programs
• Troubleshoot technical problems via reported user issues
• Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
• Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement externally developed resources as required.
• Ability to convert raw content into logical content
• Measure and analyze learning process design and learner performance.
• Conduct their own research to further understand learner and business requirements for each learning programme.
• Explore the use of new technologies, apply these technologies where applicable and assist with technical solutions for e-learning modules.

WORKING HOURS: 9 a.m to 6 p.m 

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Friday

ANNUAL LEAVE: 28 Days

FINANCIAL PACKAGE: 3.6 - 6.0 lakhs PA
