REPORTING TO: TRAINING CENTRE OPERATION MANAGER
NO OF POSITIONS: 1 (Female)
NATIONALITY: Indian.
ABOUT COMPANY: GSS Training is India's leading provider of Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial Skills Training.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years Experience required, Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in business administration or equivalent, Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and good IT skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Executive is to support the Operations Manager with implementation and execution of the day-to-day activities and ensure the Training Centre is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
MAIN ROLE:
- Register and enrol students on courses
- Verify student prerequisites
- Liaise with key stakeholders to obtain student information
- Plan and execute logistical arrangements for students attending courses
- Answer enquiries by phone and email
- Generate reports for distribution to internal and external third stakeholders
FINANCIAL PACKAGE: INR 17,000 monthly salary, bonus and 28 days annual leave.
