JOB TITLE: Scaffolding Supervisor (Offshore)

NO OF POSITIONS: 20noc

NATIONALITY: Indian. Limited by Visa quota

ABOUT COMPANY: Large JV between state oil company and private company, established 25 years. 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Should have hold 3+ years Offshore experience, Minimum of 5 years experience on Scaffolding Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a High School Pass,Must hold a valid CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor certificate, OPITO BOSIET or T-BOSIET and OPITO H2S.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Promote HSE initiatives during construction phase to keep people mobilized and safety minded (e.g. weekly site walk, anomaly system, HSE challenges, etc.)
• Ensure that the work is performed safely in compliance with our client's HSE standards / requirements and objectives.
• Supervise all Scaffolding & Access related activities in Yard.
• Co-ordinate with production internal departments to ensure scaffolding work as per priorities & avoid
• rework / replication of scaffolding.
• Prepare & Monitor resource planning (Equipment, Consumables & Manpower) for Scaffolding &
• access related in Yard in respect to all projects.
• Plan & Monitor scaffolding material inventory.
• Troubleshoot technical problems that may affect the construction and liaise with construction /
• engineering team for the resolution by providing scaffolding and temporary works design schemes.
• Anticipate; propose solutions in order to scaffolding & access for construction activities.
• Analysing integrity of scaffolding and temporary works structures.
• Assist estimation by resolving their queries during bidding phase.
• To perform other activities or tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management
• Other related duties, as required.

SKILLS TESTING: English language to a level that satisfies the standards of the Safety English Test (SET). Trade / Skills Test prior to mobilisation.

FINANCIAL PACKAGE: 75usd a day.

ROTATION: 56/28 

MOBILIZATION DATE: OCTOBER -2022
