JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of the Instructional Designer is to create engaging learning experiences by preparing instructional e-learning content.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Work with the E-Learning Head to design, develop, and update Instructional content for E-Learning courses.
Conduct thorough research and source appropriate content for approval.
Convert raw content into well-structured, organized material and generate voiceovers as required.
Work with the E-Learning Head in liaising with Subject Matter Experts to include relevant content for specific topics.
Create engaging and effective learning content that includes elements such as videos, graphics, interactions and assessments.
Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Instructional Design and Education Technology.
Use AI tools where required to work efficiently.

WORKING HOURS: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
